On New Years Eve we travelled to Hornsby Heights to spend the evening with our very good friends "The Claydons" and test out the sleeping conditions in the van. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a very comfy night's sleep, possibly helped along by the celebratory drinks. We did discover, however, that you wake up at the crack of dawn with the Kookaburras and cicadas, so going to bed a bit earlier would be a good idea next time! It was a great 2 days with our lovely friends, and Ashleigh and Hannah LOVED playing with Abbey in her pool.
Don't forget the crows, those guys know when you've stayed up too late and will wake you up especially.
